We had twin room and I needed the beds to be close to each other and I asked the housekeeper which said that I have to talk to the reception to record for the beds to join together.

Also, the restaurant temperature is very hot.The food was nice and every evening they had a different theme. We always had something nice to eat.

pools - one with animation, the other one quiet. A lifeguard at the one with animation, but not around all the time. Not a 5 star hotel. Probably initially was built as a 5 ⭐ but it is rundown. Rooms are spacious, but the bathroom taps full with limescale. The staff was rude and cold. (just like the food how surprising..) and they randomly just opened our hotel room. I don't know what that was about.. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

And the dining experience was far from satisfactory. The food was not only unappetizing but also served cold, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no children's menu available, making it challenging for families with kids. The WIFI in the room crashed everyday..
