Thanks to Variable Wattage mode you can set the power level between 5 - 100W. This means you can discover a vape that's personal to you. Though DTL coils are included, thanks to the compatible range of GeekVape Z coils, you also can select a 0.4 Ohm RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) coil that produces a little less vapour. The only thing that really changes in the Aegis S100 is that the battery bay in the Geekvape S100 fits a 18650 battery so that you can use your own high-quality battery inside your mod. Also, the battery is easy to put in since the kit contains battery orientation. To manipulate the screen brightness, you just need to hold down the firing button on the front of the device at the same time as the ‘up’ button, and the display screen will brighten. If you want a powerful single battery mod to cut down on weight and make all-day carrying easier, then the solo 2 is ideal for you. The two included were the Z0.2 and Z0.25. Starting with the Z0.2 coil I found it best around 70 watts. The flavor started off poorly but broke in after a tank, although it was still just ok. It only lasted about 55 mL which is low by today’s standards. Overall, not a very good coil. Then with the Z0.25, which I found best around 50 watts. Flavor was a little better than the Z0.4 coil but still just ok. Life was the same at around 55 mL. The screen is quite bright. The box delivers up to 100W, in theory. In reality, a 18650 battery is never going to produce that much power. But with the coils that come in the kit, you really don’t need to go that high. The screen shows you the essentials. The mod has a power mode, bypass, curves and temperature control. It’s classic, easy to use and offers enough options to satisfy you as your vaping style develops. A quality clearomizer To replace the coil, you unscrew the base from the pod tank and pop the coil out. You can’t do it with a full tank, but it can be done with the tank half full which is nice.
