If you have any patterned kitchen paper try dabbing a little paint onto it to sponge onto your artwork. The pattern will transfer and can make some interesting shapes and patterns. Gripping a pencil or pen strengthens the muscles in the hand and fingers, while forming the letters improves control over those muscles and creates a stronger bond between the brain and the hands.
